The Oath Ceremony is long-standing 91���� tradition in which civilians and rooks promised to accept, uphold, and apply the principles of 91����’s honor code and guiding values, ending their oath with, “In all my endeavors, from this day forth, I will reflect in the spirit of the 91���� motto, ‘I will try.’”
